HYDRAULIC HOSE REPAIRS

Northfield Engineering also incorporates East Coast Fluid Power, a company that offers Hydraulic Equipment, Oil, and Fittings for purchase -

• Hydraulic Fittings BSP, METRIC, JIC, ORFS, and more,
• Quick Release fittings from 1/4 - 2" Flat face and Standard nipple,
• Hydraulic Hose 1 Wire, 2 Wire, Multi Spiral, Thermo, Twin Thermo, and Steel piping 6-25mm,

CYLINDER SERVICE =

1. Drop your cylinder into us, or we can come to the site and remove your cylinder,
2. We will disassemble your cylinder, salvaging as many parts as possible,
3. We will report back to you with a full assessment for the best repair,
4. We can then decide together on the best course of action. If we can source a new cylinder, our strip service will be free of charge.

HYDRAULIC HOSE REPAIR =

1. You can bring your hoses in for immediate repair, or we can visit you on-site to remove and replace them, then and there,
2. At HQ We have a vast stock of 3,000+ parts to replace your hose like for like, or on the rare occasion this is not possible, we can have parts delivered the next day.

ONSITE DIAGNOSTICS =

1. We take your calls from our office, where Director Danny Moss offers his expert advice on all your Hydraulic inquiries,
2. If we are unable to solve your issues over the phone, we can deploy our hydraulic technicians to come take a look,
3. We will utilize our stock hydraulic components and our network of hydraulic expertise/part suppliers, to get you back on track ASAP.

MACHINE SHOP =

Our machine shop is on hand to manufacture any replacement parts you need, from pins and bushes, to complete new hydraulic cylinders parts, either pattern replacements, or new improved components. see more on our machining services here

DESIGN DEPARTMENT =

Danny moss also designs complete cylinders to meet your needs, using SOLID WORKS we are able to prototype cylinders to suit almost any purpose, from telescopic Olympic lifting stages to adding new functionality to our local farmer's tractor attachments, and of course our vast stock of Material Handling Equipment.
